Anne Habib established Innoflo, a healthcare consulting firm using a process-based
approach to improving healthcare. In keeping with the company’s vision, she designed
Innoflo’s proprietary process documentation software and methodology tool, Align-IT™.
Anne brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare ambulatory and acute
care environments including executive management, information systems and operations
consulting, process improvement, system implementation, and medical practice management.
At Siemens, Anne served as a Principal Consultant, Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital as
Associate Vice President and Temple University School of Medicine as Administrator
of General Internal Medicine. Anne is a cum laude graduate of The Wharton School
and holds an MBA from Temple University.

Tom Rozmus heads up all Innoflo operations and programs including financial. Formerly President
and CEO of Micro Fab Corporation an $11 million manufacturer of high speed electronics
and data processing equipment, Tom was responsible for operations, strategic planning,
marketing, sales, finance and engineering support for the organization. He initiated,
facilitated and completed due diligence and divestiture of the corporation in a
multi-participant transaction. Later he established a consulting firm to help US
manufacturers find Asian sourcing and manufacturing partners for the stamping, molding
and assembly of electronic, industrial, automotive, and medical products. Tom has
served on corporate, school, and bank advisory boards and holds a BSME in Mechanical
Engineering from Penn State University.

Bill Habib represents Innoflo in matters of contracting, licensing agreements, and
intellectual property since the company’s inception in 2004. Out of law school,
he worked with Josel & Rosen law firm then became Co-Founder and Managing Partner
of Seitzinger, Habib, Allen & Randazo. Currently, as Founding Partner of Habib Law
Associates, a general practice law firm, Bill holds bar admissions in Pennsylvania
and New Jersey. He received his BS in Biology from St. Francis College and JD from
Temple University School of Law. During graduate studies in Bio-Chemistry and Microbiology
a Hahnemann Bill published Lack of Airborne Spread of Infection by Legionella Pneumophilia
Among Guinea Pigs and Infection and Immunity, 1982; 38:620-622 and Pleomorphism
of Legionella Pneumophilia. Ultrastructural Pathology, 1984; 6:117-129.

Alex Zhitomirsky has directed Innoflo’s technology services and software development
since 2005. He has over 10 years consulting experience in developing and implementing
enterprise applications in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Non-Profit, and Professional
Services industries. Alex is Founder and Principal of Valex Consulting. He works
with firms such as Wyeth, Merck, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Moodys, JP Morgan
Chase and Commerce Bank. His functional expertise is in the areas of Customer Relationship
Management (CRM), Business Process Management (BPM), Business Intelligence (BI),
and Enterprise Content Management (ECM). Alex received his BS in Computer Science
Information from Drexel and MBA from Villanova University.
